The hotel is near a metro station. This made travel around the city easy. I booked this hotel because I went to a concert in Accor arena. It was a short walk. The staff were kind and attentive.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear the room beside mine. They were quite loud. I could also hear people walking outside.

The location was really convenient, close to the train station.
My room was way too small. The shower cubicle was cramped, I could barely move. I also did not like the decor at all. I found this frustrating.

I found the location convenient, close to transportation and lovely cafes. The staff were kind and responsive. All my requests received quick attention. I appreciated the cake and fruit always available in the lobby.. it was such a sweet touch. The ability to store my baggage after checkout proved useful as I had a late train.

Excellent restaurants are very close by offering a wide variety of cuisines, so I could easily find many options for dinner. The hotel also provided complimentary coffee and juice in the lobby throughout the day.

The location was ideal. It was close to Gare de Lyon. I found that very helpful. I also appreciated the cleanliness. The room was super clean, and the bathroom sparkled.
This meant carrying luggage a few steps.
